Jenny is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher currently undergoing advanced certification in Kundalini Yoga. Her classes are intentional, creative, and focused on embodiment. Known for their contribution of joy and freshness in classical practice, her sequences and themes artfully explore the connection of breath and movement while encouraging deeper introspection. Her classes are not only thoughtful and expressive, but also open to all levels and offer wide space to feel safe and shine through individual authenticity.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific personal goals such as  wellbeing and self-regulation, flexibility, strength or meditation.

Whether you are just starting out or want to build on your current practice, we will create an individualized plan based on your individual needs.
Private and semi-private sessions can be offered virtually, from the comfort of your own home, outside or in a studio setting. We will work together to determine a style, time and frequency that works best for you!
